Email us at info@thrillfactoryentertainment.com and include your Restaurant name, your name and how many contestants you will be bringing.
Pay $50 or $90 below to secure your place ($50 per entrant or $90 per establishment with no limit on # of servers and bartenders you want to enter in the contest).
Show up at 10:30 on Monday July 14th - at Thrill Factory 131 East Towne Mall, Madison, WI 53704.
