General FAQs

  • We allow birthday cakes, but no other outside food or drink is permitted due to Madison ordinances.
    We offer a full restaurant and two bars for your convenience.

  • We are open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm

  • Our facility is open to everyone! However, certain activities do have minimum ages to participate.

  • Entry is free! Each activity is paid for individually, tickets can be purchased at the entrances to each attraction.

  • We are committed to your satisfaction. If something does not meet your expectations, please speak with a manager. Prepaid game cards are non-refundable but can be used at any time and do not expire. Reservations for activities are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • There is plenty of parking in our free parking lot.

  • We offer a 10% military discount with a valid military ID.

  • Please contact our event coordinator for party bookings.

Accessibility & Service Animals

  • Yes, we are ADA compliant and handicap accessible. We strive to make our activities enjoyable for everyone. If you need special accommodations, please let our staff know. We have ADA restrooms and an elevator.

  • Service dogs are permitted. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.

Waivers

  • Yes, All guests must have a valid waiver on file in order to participate in Thrill Factory's attractions.

    CLICK HERE to Sign Waiver

    Adults 18 and over must complete their own waiver, while minors will need a guardian to sign on their behalf.

    Waivers are valid for one year! Fill it out before you come for uninterrupted fun!

Restaurant and Bar

  • Our kitchen takes orders until 10:30 pm.

  • Kids are welcome in the restaurant and at the main bar tables. Only patrons 21+ may sit at the actual bar and go upstairs to the overlook bar.

Escape Rooms

  • Each room has a specific rating. Some rooms are suitable for players as young as 6. All groups of children need at least one person who is 16 or older.

  • Reservations are recommended but not required to secure your preferred time.

Laser Tag

  • Reservations are recommended but not required.

  • We recommend players be 8 or older.

Wizard’s Adventure

  • Reservations are recommended but not required.

  • We recommend players be 3 or older.

Bowling

  • Reservations are recommended but not required

  • We recommend players be 3 or older.

  • Hyper-Bowling combines bowling with interactive bumpers that let you score points, making it a cross between bowling and a video game.

Mini Golf

  • No reservations are required.

  • We recommend players be 3 or older.

Zombie Town

  • No reservations are required.

  • We recommend players be 13 or older due to jump scares.

VIP Party Suite

VIP Party Suite Reserve 1, 2, 3, or all 4 bowling lanes in our VIP Party Suite and celebrate like royalty! The suite is themed as an old speakeasy hidden behind an industrial factory. It includes private dance lights, Hyper-Bowling, LED video walls, luxurious leather furniture, dedicated waitstaff, and a custom sound system you can control with your phone. Ideal for private functions and birthday parties.

Note: Control of the video wall and music is available only if you rent the entire 4-lane suite or if your group is the only one using it at the time.
